I want to put in a cat door under the bed of my 2018 Forest River Wildwood which I would have to cut into this bed support. Has anyone done this ? Is there anything inside this support wall ?

Not sure what you are asking....inside what particular piece are we talking about?

Can you cut the door under it and leave it intact? the wall on either side will be very weak. The bed won't collapse it but it will not retain it shape well. Cutting the bottom one would be better.

I’m just cutting like a 5 “ x 5 “ area in it, just worried about any electric or gas etc lines inside the panel

So there is another piece of luan inside the framing? Usually they don't finish the inside compartment. If there is, cut a small hole, carefully, and then enlarge it as you go. Start with a drill and dont just shove it thru the wall, try to just penetrate it at first.

I think that is a good idea to drill a small hole and carefully inspect as I go, shutting the power down of course 😂
