I wanted to share something that many long-time Newmar owners will find disheartening. Joe, who has been a fixture in the Newmar Parts Store for as long as I’ve been a Newmar customer, is no longer in his familiar role. There’s been some restructuring within the company, and he’s been reassigned elsewhere.
For those of us who’ve worked with Joe over the years, this hits hard. He was the Parts Store in so many ways. He was always professional, quick to return calls and emails, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether you needed a part number, a quote, or just reassurance that help was on the way, Joe was consistently responsive and dependable. His dedication and customer-first attitude set the standard for what Newmar service used to mean.
While I don’t know the details behind the change, I can’t help but feel the loss. The personal connection and responsiveness that Joe brought to the Parts Store were truly special and will be greatly missed by many of us who have relied on his expertise.
Change happens, I understand, but some people represent the heart of a company, and Joe was certainly one of them.
