Check Engine light comes on when I first start it up, but then goes off after 2-3 minutes

This is on a class A 2003 41’ Newmar Dutchman - diesel pusher. I just got the engine oil changed as well as the air filter. Everything looks & runs good other than that engine light/buzzer comes on after I start it for 2-3 minutes before it goes off.
 
When you get an opportunity, stop by Autozone (IF you don't have your own code reader) and have them run a scan (they'll do it for free). You may have a code that will address the issue. Good luck. Blessings
