I'm in the process of designing a pole barn for my RV. But in the meantime, before it's built, I'd like to get a vinyl waterproof cover for it. I'm seeing them from $150 to $500 on Amazon but would like to get some input from the community.

Anyone using one of these? And if so, what do you use and how happy are you with it?

I'm not a fan of overs as they tend to rub the paint when being installed, removed or the wind blows. I think you have less of a chance of damage without them. YMMV

I will side with @TJ&LadyDi . When living in the NE we did use ADCO cover during the winter months. I found it hard to get it on, billowed in the wind, lasted only about 2-3 years. MH didn’t have full paint, I sure wouldn’t use one on my Newmar.

@Jim

I’d love to hear the details of your pole barn design once you’re further along. Some of us here on this forum have been through that exercise and might have some useful suggestions.

No comment on the cover, never used one.

Regards,
