2023 Navigator 38N. Last couple days it has been hot we have been running the coach air full blast it appears that it is sweating on the outside of the unit and the vent hoses dripping water onto the floor by the passenger and driver. The outside vent is clear. Anyone else run into this? If yes what was the fix.

there has to be something clogging the drainage tube. Does it have a rubber boot outside? If it does, can you remove and run a pipe cleaner or something to that effect up in it to get to the condensation pan? If the drainage is not restricted in some way, it could be a crack in the condensation pan.

Well that was one of the first things I tried. It is clear no blockages. I'm starting to think it maybe from running the system on the recirculation system.

I guess there could be something on/in the condensation pan that is allowing water to wick out and leak. The evaporator is going to collect moisture whether it is on recirc or not

Well I was thinking that way, but the condensation is on the outside of the unit and the Hoses leading to the dash vents are sweating causing the drip. I pulled one of the unused caps off of the plenum and it is dry inside. We will give it another go tomorrow this time with the air recirc off.

Interesting. Good hunting.

I am just throwing spitballs. If the system was a little low on freon it could be freezing up. That could be screwing up airflow and causing part of the problem.

Well REV got back to me today. The vent hoses could be to long and they might need to be wrapped in a foil tape. Oh also please take it to the dealer for a inspection into the issue. Well we our on an extended road trip so leaving it for weeks at a dealer to have them try wrapping the vent hoses is not happening. I was thinking about wrapping them anyway so now is what's the bet way to access them
