I did the home brewing for 5-6 years, a lot of fun, even bought a basement fridge to keg it. But home brew is very fattening, put on about 12lbs real quick. Back to plain ole miller lite now, really miss some of my recipes, Loved the Moose drool knock off, Caribou slobber, nice malty dark beer, now off to the store from some drool, thanks @Rich W.
 
People worry too much about everything. Who would have imagined me still being alive after drinking from a plain old garden hose for over 60 years.

I enjoyed brewing too. My favorites; a red ale and bock both being highly malted with high alcohol content. Had lots of people wanting to buy them but declined due to expense and time make them.
DW and I enjoy going to local breweries during our full time travels.
