I am exceedingly new at owning a motor-home. My wife and I have recently acquired a 2004 American Eagle. Everything pretty much good with the exception of the wiring for the refrigerator.
I know almost nothing about how battery vs. shore power on rigs. I would take it as a great kindness if someone could point me to some basic to intermediate information (video, pdf, book, magazine) to get a good grasp of what I need to know. Additionally, I'd like to avoid some repair blunder. Many thanks!

You’re in good company and I just so happen to have made a video that I think will help you!

Please enjoy and I hope you find it helpful.

Many thanks Steve! I've watched it once and will be doing so again tonight. It's a great start for me. My next task is to understand the wiring scheme of the refrigerator. Apparently there is something wonky with the original wiring path. I've had someone look at it and he was able to make it work but circumventing that path but I have much to learn before I understand what's wrong and how to get it sorted out. Meanwhile I've subscribed to RV Squared and hope to get up to speed with, well, everything.
