Does anyone have a contact name for someone in Cummins corporate.
I have an issue with one of their corporate shops. I've responded to the customer satisfaction survey over a month ago with no response.
TIA

I dont know if this will help but if you dont have a quickserve account:
Might be somewhere to contact customer service on the site.

They have this under “Contact Us”

Might be of some use….?

Thanks Rich. I'll check them out.

If you think that's bad, try contacting Allison corporate - Impossible!

When I thought Tucson Cummins was giving me a runaround I contacted someone at Cummins corp, wasn't hard getting through to anyone and they explained to me the process for what was going on and Tucson Cummins was correct in charging me for diagnostics for a warranty repair unless they performed the repair diagnosed. I don't remember who I called.

The few times Ive needed help and called a Cummins shop, Ive found them unhelpful and disagreeable to the point of being inappropriate (trying to find a nice way of saying it - Im sure you get my meaning). So now I don’t even want to deal with them, and conversely all my interactions with Freightliner shops have been positive. Also Cummins labor is usually 40%+ higher. I know a lot of folks have had good experiences with Cummins shops - I’m just not one of them, and I would only call them as a last resort.

I received a name and number from a friend. I'll get back here soon to let you know what happened. Thanks for your efforts.

A business owner and friend suggested I contact the corporate office and ask who their insurance company is because I want to file a claim. Should hear from someone.

I used the contact form that came with a survey over a month ago and did not receive a reply.
