Swiss Cheese & Summer Sausage Melt:

I pre cut the soft tacos / tortillas with a 4.5” cookie cutter, and the cheese with a 3.5” cookie cutter, at home before this weekend’s RV Glamping trip.

At our campsite picnic table, I buttered one side of each soft taco / tortilla, placed one on the griddle, then summer sausage & Swiss cheese before putting the second soft taco / tortilla on top.

I cooked it for 2 minutes, then flipped it to cook for another minute.
