Hashbrown Waffles:

I asked Jason to see if he could find something like frozen grated potatoes for hash browns. He found these dehydrated ones at Costco. They come in an 8 pack. Just add hot water & let them soak for 12 - 15 minutes & drain.

I brushed the waffle iron with olive oil. Then I scrambled an egg with 1/2 cup of the hot, drained, grated, rehydrated potatoes, & a bit of salt.
This made 2 waffles / hashbrowns.
3 minutes cooking time.
These babies may be good with some smooshed avocado on top, or use 2 to make a sandwich.

(This waffle maker takes a 1/4 cup of mixture, whatever it is.)

Jason happened to be frying some scrambled eggs at the same time, so he threw some of the rehydrated potatoes on the griddle with some seasoning salt. They may become a new part of our regular Saturday breakfast at home, & while RV Glamping.

🚍 RV Glamping in Ontario 🇨🇦

Hello Glampers❣️

We are Jason & Chris.
We are Love RV Glamping.

We are vacationer RV Glampers.
This means we are RV glamping on long weekends & for vacations, until we retire.

We work more than full-time, so we won’t have the time or energy to be putting out weekly videos like full-time RVers & full-time content creators can.

We will be sharing our RV Glamping experiences, Ontario campground reviews, gear ideas, lessons learned, tips & tricks…
