We stayed at Elkhorn Ridge. 15 min to Deadwood.

Elkhorn Ridge is the ONLY campground I would ever stay at in the entire area out there. We have been twice, and it is an exceptional campground IMHO. Not the cheapest but the nicest.

I’m guessing you’re going there for Sturgis. If not you’ll probably want to plan around it.

Any pictures of your stay ?

Anyone have campground pics of their stay at Elkhorn
Here are a few from June, 2021. Great park! Plenty of space between most sites. If I remember correctly WiFi was not too strong. Not far from Deadwood at all. Certain reenactments such as the shooting of Wild Bill Hickok took place in the saloon #10 at 5 PM. Other street shootouts occur throughout the day.
