2020-ISL9 I’m not sure about the 2018 engine and what’s changed in the electronics. that seems to be where your list ends.
Yeah, we have a 22 Cummins and works fine. Probably the last published list they have.
 
In my opinion, unless you are suffering a severe Derate I’d be very hesitant about clearing codes Wiley Neely.
Certainly would copy the codes Present somewhere for future reference before clearing them in case the issue is ongoing.
The trend of codes can be very useful to a shop trying to sort out the actual issue rather than following random codes blindly.
 
I agree. Clearing codes is parts of diagnostics so if you have a legit DTC you deal with accordingly, it and if it appears to be a phantom, temporary, or erroneous code, clear it and see if it comes back, but only if you are qualified to make that decision. At the very least call a reliable, honest service rep (if you can find one). Don at Sacramento Truck (Freightliner) is such a resource. Google and ChatGPT are pretty good for a starting point, but both can be wrong, so use them only are verification or for comparison.
