Well we were up at 4:00 heading to Orlando for a 7:30 appointment at Cummins to address the final coolant leaks. Pulled the Coach out and the garage door refused to close.
I thought it would be easy to manually close the door, NOT. Door jammed about 2/3 way down. Now I’ve got the door partially opened and the bus in the roadway! Now what!!
Started texting the property manager around 6:00 am. Everyone should be at work by 6:00, Right!
By 7:00 I started getting responses. Called the Door Vendor who showed up at 11:00.
Door is finally closed but inop. New parts on Monday.
Found a place to park the RV out of the way.
Moved the Cummins appointment to Tuesday.

Yes there is always a bright side🤣

What broke to jam it up the springs?
Bill
It appears a cable holding one side of the door became undone. This racked the door as it was being manually lowered.

Those big doors typically have 2 springs. It still could've broken the side that came unwound. Those cables are TIGHT!
