Does campground check-in affect your decision to go to a campground?

I’m good with the old fashioned check in process. Heck I like to talk too much, I need people. Sometimes the staff is more involved but in some parks the escort to the site is good.

I have booked on line and never had to go to the office but have not checked in using an app. Cracker Barrel is ok for an overnight but it does feel better if there is another camper there.
