New to RV Forums and looing to hear about what E-Bike rack you use with your travel trailer equipped with the 3" frame mounted receiver.
We have a 2025 Flagstaff 26SFK. Our 3rd TT but first with a hitch receiver. Also wondering if you removed the spare tire from the bumper to have more room for the bikes.
Thanks!

Only be aware any bike on the rear of a TT is going to catch hell. Otherwise, you'd need a bike rack specifically rated for an RV and for the weight of the e-bike(s).

I’m going to order a Cravot Cyberrack E2. The manufacturer confirmed it’s rated for travel trailer use. I’ll be removing the spare and spare bracket from the bumper to make room.
Has anyone installed an underbelly spare tire holder on a new model Flagstaff or Rockwood?
Also wondering the best way to add a 4 flat plug to the TT to plug in the auxiliary brake/turn lights on the rack. Thanks.

We use a carrier made for fat tire bikes on the front of a 150. A 250 would be great but it's well paid for, anyway my best advice, don't go cheap. I would like to put ours in the camper, but still scratching my head how to fit them in.Never had a issue on front. I would have a camera if carrying on back. STUFF HAPPENS.
You did mention a travel trailer, I would be careful attaching ebike carriers on the cargo rack.

I bought the Cravot E2 and have it assembled. It’s a really study e-bike rack built to hold 200 pounds and confirmed by Cravot for TT use.
Forest River confirmed that the hitch receiver on the 26SFK is rated for 300 pounds so the weights are in line.
I haven’t had a chance to put it on the camper yet, we still have a few feet of snow around it.
Thanks for the thought of adding a camera. I’ve never had one before but will check them out.

We narrowly escaped a disaster when I discovered the Keystone Hideout bumper just barely holds the spare tire, let alone bikes and a rack. I bet there are many trailer models that skimp on the proper construction of their bumper. I saw our bikes tilting a bit and found the welds were breaking, and not attached to the correct part of the frame. In the middle of a trip I had to rearrange everything and put the bikes in the back of our truck, as well as the spare. I installed these and now I can safely mount the spare and 1 ebike (65lbs): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084ZTS882?tag=rvf01-20

Coincidentally, I met another Hideout owner at the same park who encountered the exact problem. His dealer was clueless and gave him a receiver for the bumper and told him to go ahead and mount his ebikes. Same failure with the welds.
