Hi, my name is Audri, and I am planning to open a small RV park on approximately 2 acres in East Texas. Any advice on do's and don'ts, mentorship, or even encouragement would be greatly appreciated.

Go look at the Stillwater RVResort in Winona (just outside Tyler). Beautiful resort and priced right.

A couple of negative notes, all of the sites have obvious sloped level. The Park allows “day passes” for non campers from near by. They have a restaurant but treat it like a cheap bar.

Just my opinion.
