I live in a 2007 Doubletree mobile suites 23 tk3. We are having issues with out flights flickering, frige and furnace going out with the lights, but everything plugged into an outlet is still working like the TV and computer charger. Anyone have any ideas? We have checked all breakers and they are working. We have a 50 amp plug into the trailer but I checked and our converter is 30amp?? The manual says to use a 50amp cable. We have been living it it for about a year and are starting to have electrical issues.

Well, your 50A service is the 120 volt AC electrical source which is actually two 50 amp services.

The 30 amp converter is capable of delivering 12 VDC up to 30 amps DC to charge the batteries and supply the lights and water pump. That "converter" changes 120 volts AC to 12 volts DC.

Sounds as though there are loose connections. Maybe at the breaker panel or maybe at the fuse panel or both. Time to do a close-up inspection and make sure all terminals are tight, show no signs of heating. Also, check battery terminals and cables for corrosion and that batteries have proper electrolyte levels.

From what you mention, it sounds like the issue is on the 12v side of things (lights, fridge (assuming propane) and furnace). I would start there.
