Question Empty Campgrounds?

We are in Canmore, Alberta (just outside of Banff) at the municipal Campground. It is the only one near here that is first come first served. The RV section is FULL. We arrived just after noon at which time there were only 3 spaces available and only one that would accommodate us. My wife's parents are at Tunnel Mountain this week. I should get her to ask them if it's full like it is every day in the summer.
