Has anyone had trouble getting cable to the Entegra TVs? We turned off the antenna booster per instructions but get no channels. If we hook the cable line directly to the TV it works. Need Help. Thank you.

Mine has same issue. I'm going to trace the cabling and see where is goes. -Michael
