I purchased a used Entegra Anthem 2017 without manuals and am looking for a source.

I called and emailed Entegra support directly and they simply referred me to NIRV. Strange!?!

Does anyone know of an online source for the manuals or whom to contact? Where is the support for the pre Thor years?
