Well, if you cannot erect an antenna tower on your property higher than 100 ft. within a mike of an airport, it would be logical to prohibith the flying of drones within that area, as well.
 
 
Thanks for the video Neal. Very interesting information. It looks like I will have to buy one of the ID locators or my drone will literally be "unusable" in 32 months. It may be time to look into one of the sub 25g mini drones that are not required to have the locator.
 
As of June 2021 even recreational pilots MUST have a "Certificate of Learning" referred to as a TRUST certificate. You can learn more here: TRUST Confirmation | UAV Coach

It is easy for anyone with Part 107 knowledge, but still required even if you have a Commercial license when you are flying for recreation. Completed the course and test in about 10 minutes.
