Unfortunately Newmar Mobile Repair was booked out till Feb, so we went with a local mobile RV service. Gerry , The RV Guy.
He worked out very well and will use him again for repairs.
We changed the BIM to a LI-BIM. That was the issue.
Battery all happy now.

Hopefully Newmar will reimburse you for parts and labor. Okay, yeah, that was funny.

I would ask Newmar, seriously, for parts and labor reimbursement as your coach should have left the factory with the Li-BIM.
