Fleet wood discovery. Left water in tank. How do I clean the smell

Bleach will kill the bacteria that is producing the odor. Follow your manufacturers recommendation(s) on how much and how to do it. For me, I pour some (bleach) into my hose before I hook it up to fill the tank...works for me. But you may have different procedures. Then, depending on how much you put in, either drain it or use it for washing purposes only. If you're going to ingest it, drain and re-fill. JMHO ?
