I have a 2022 Highland Ridge Open Range, over time the flooring in the bedroom area which is located over the under storage is softening in areas. We had a RV Tech come and look at it and he said the flooring is separating from the plywood. There are no signs of any water damage to of cause this. Has anyone had this problem? If so, what did you do? Thank you JT

He likely means the adhesive bonding the T&G plywood to the layer beneath it and/or to the metal joists is failing. Not necessarily from water intrusion but you can verify that from underneath the soft spot in the coraplast. You'd likely have to inject an epoxy or similar type adhesive between the layers from the topside, which would involve rolling the floor covering back.
