I have a 2022 Highland Ridge Open Range, over time the flooring in the bedroom area which is located over the under storage is softening in areas. We had a RV Tech come and look at it and he said the flooring is separating from the plywood. There are no signs of any water damage to of cause this. Has anyone had this problem? If so, what did you do? Thank you JT

He likely means the adhesive bonding the T&G plywood to the layer beneath it and/or to the metal joists is failing. Not necessarily from water intrusion but you can verify that from underneath the soft spot in the coraplast. You'd likely have to inject an epoxy or similar type adhesive between the layers from the topside, which would involve rolling the floor covering back.

I’ve seen rolled laminate flooring adhesive fail before. Do you see any places where the floor looks like it is not secure? It could be just that.

My class A had a soft floor and it was actually the OSB they used flexing. The foam they used for insulation under the OSB compressed over the years. I ended up replacing the OSB with a good grade plywood. Stiffened right up.

I then replaced the rolled flooring with plank laminate.
