I'm hearing evacuations are starting...any word for others heading south, help offer a heads up as you hear things.
 
Even in Manatee county, where our annual site is, across the bay from St Pete they have mandatory evacuations for those in the county closer to the coast.

I’ll get the link to the weatherman in that area that everyone relies on for good updates.

This morning he was saying if you could stand on your roof and see the gulf, you should be moving inland.

Has updates quite often and is just the facts kind of person.

Wife just let me know that he doesn’t have the evacuations noted just the updates on the storm.

Was almost there this morning. Turned back north to hang out until the storm is past. Two of my friends left their campground to stay in houses and hotels.
