I changed this specific forum node title from "Financial" to "Financial and Retirement" to help those that may have questions about transitioning from full time into retirement. Obviously the demographic of the RV community can offer expertise in this area and it could be a good info area to help learn about things to consider when planning to retire.
If you have any lessons learned to help others approaching retirement, feel free to share such as when to claim Social Security, when to do Medicare, and whatever else there is to consider and do right as personally I have not crossed this bridge yet and am a few years out from starting to make these decisions but it's time to start learning.
