I have used a bike rack on the same rule bumper on a Puma some years back with no problems. They gave you the corporate response.

Thanks for your reply! I had a 4 x 2 piece of angle iron welded to the underside length of the bumper and welded to to the I beams. Solid as a rock with no worries.
