Welcome to RVForums.com! There are two breakers in the half bath electrical panel. If you can describe the problem you're experiencing we can better assist.

Thank you for your answer. I don't have hot water. I use only gaz and I saw I don't have light to the button of heater water so I think it is a problèm of fuse or breaker but I didn't find the bath electrical panel.

My hot water light (red next to buttons) only turns on when the ignitor fails to light. In other words it only lights up when there is a problem. What type water heater do you have?

Are you waiting long enough for the water to get hot or did you assume it didn't work because the light didn't come on?

Go to the Resources link below, click the download button for a guide to help you troubleshoot.

You could also try calling ITR and have them help you over the phone if that's an option for you.

This is the same. When I put the gas heater on, it doesn't want to start. I didn't hear the click click. I opened the outside door of the heater and there isn't fire.

I'm sorry, I assumed you had the ITR OASIS system. I see you have a 2002 model. I'm not sure what model heating system you have. My apologies.

Does the stove light? If it does then you've got gas flowing. Next check for lockout mode, if it has failed to light after 3 attempts it's in lockout. Turn the switch inside to off, wait 10 seconds then back.on, listen for the click.of the igniter. Check for any obstructions in the burner tube, even a cobweb will interrupt ignition. Next check the thermal cutoff, a clear plastic tube covering a small wire near the combustion chamber, if the unit overheated this acted as a fuse and blew. If it appears blown short the wires, if it lights that was the problem. Next check the electrode ( the ceramic insulated probe) for carbon buildup or cracking. *** make sure the water htr is full of water before any of this***
