I know this has been discussed before, but cannot find the thread…

2 of 3 of the center running lights on my front cap are out. Do you just pry the caulk off and replace the bulb underneath? Or is going to be a Newmar part?

Let me know
Thanks
Rich

I think I found it…

These should be parts of interest as I got spares as I've replaced two so far:

PN 119735 - $5.90 each. IN STOCK – Amber
PN 119736 - $5.90 each. IN STOCK – Red
PN 129114 - $1.90 each. IN STOCK - Side marker

You will need to carefully remove the silicone and then pull the light out. I use a chip clip but use something to make sure that wire does not go into the cap as you will never get it again. It wasn't an issue but I wasn't going to chance it. You then cut the wire, splice on the new light, reinsert and caulk.

Fast answer as always! Thanks Neal!

Silicon caulk?

Silicon caulk?
Yes, you could also use black such as Sikaflex 221, any sealant you want. Quite frankly the clear looks like crap on our coaches. The luxury line with tiny markers looks so much better.

I agree on the clear caulk looking bad….I was thinking black silicon caulk (which I can get at Lowes) since my front and back caps are black.

Ordered. Part numbers were correct, although price has increased to $6.10.

I ordered some of each type for when they blow out too.
