Full size washer with a full size propane dryer

I have a grand design momentum 395ms I am wondering if a full-size washer would work in a toy hauler size being not an issue? will the lines be adequate size? Any issue I should be worried about? I also looking to put a propane Dryer in that run off 110v I don't think it should be hard to install and run of a 100pound tank. Let me know your thought
