Greetings All, I'm very close to buying a 2019 Winnebago 22C Outlook with just under 40,000 miles. He wants just under $65K for it. I think that is close to a fair price, with me proposing $63,000 --- based on NADA median price for private sale retail.
That doesn't address two key issues, which leads me here. How to fix, and what will it cost?
1) The generator wasn't started over the course of at least four months, and perhaps longer. He says the generator runs, but that the carburetor is gunked up and has to be serviced. What does this cost? Could it be serious?
2) Apparently the refrigerator is ONLY on electric, no propane hook up. He says there are two, 6 volt batteries, total. This makes no sense to me -- the part about having a refrigerator you can't use if you go off grid for three days -- but more importantly, how to fix? Maybe a roof solar panel and an additional battery?
