I have a 2020 Dutch Star 4369 with a "T" handle cable release in the forward generator compartment. when I pull the handle there is not enough tension to activate the release. The cable has been getting harder and harder to pull, and now it is ineffective. The cable is still attached to the slide release linkage. The linkage moves when I pull the T handle cable, but just not enough to release the slide. The cable has two loops each approximately 10 inches in diameter under the coach in the vicinity of the driver's side forward bay, before routing to the slide release linkage. (FYI, the forward bay has a similar T handle cable set for the hood release.)
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.
