When it's not raining, it's snowing. Guess I'll go back to bed.

U really need to think about wintering farther south in your motorhome ?

We're working on it. Apparently just not quickly enough.

It truly is a beautiful piece of property ?

About 3" now, my guess is it'll top out at 6".

The last minute forecast only called for 1"-2", but we ended up with about 5". 2" of snow isn't worth worrying about, so I didn't bring the plow up to the house. But with 5", we need the plow or we're not going anywhere until the sun works its magic.

When I realized I needed the plow, I tried to get down the driveway with the RTV, but I only got about 25' before I spun around and slid into the ditch. Could have been worse as the other side of the driveway drops a couple hundred feet down to the creek.

Today it's snow. Not a lot, but still it's snow. Meanwhile, @Akdare's probably headed for the beach.
Friday 10 plus inches here....flurries and wind yesterday..partly cloudy and mid 30’s today. Great day for a hike but can’t wait until spring! Sunseeker calling me from under the cover “let’s go camping”.

We went from being snowed in to having 3" of rain so far today and it's not expected to stop until tomorrow sometime. I've never seen anything like this before. Everything is flooded, roads are washing away, and we're under a flash flood warning. It's unbelievable.

On the bright side of things, the water table is up...

Yesterday, before the snow started to get crazy bad, I took my drone out for a quick flight. Haven't flown in that kind of weather before so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I connected with 11 satellites and that's certainly enough for a flight stable enough to avoid the trees.

Anyhow, while having coffee this morning, I edited the video down to about a minute for anyone interested.

Ok, I’m in Nappanee for CPU...it was 11* this morning...snowed a bit earlier in the week, but not a lot...

Are you having fun yet? :-)

CPU was officially over 30 minutes ago...need to recuperate from the 6am wake ups and information overload...I’ll have fun starting tomorrow.
