Good(?) Sam apparently does not consider catalytic converter theft for roadside assistance

Hi everyone. I just wanted to post this for anyone using Good(?) Sam for their roadside assistance. We had ours stolen, and while I have the insurance company waiting for me to get the unit over to the repair facility, Good(?) Sam feels that this is 'vandalism' and thus not covered under their policy. You can search Gemini and find from a legal standpoint theft and vandalism are not the same "No, theft and vandalism are distinct legal and insurance concepts, though they often occur together. [1, 2]". They have nothing written about excluding 'theft' in their policy.

That doesn't seem to matter to them, so I've written their CEO to explore how this company defines it differently than the law, but I've gotten no reply. For the record, AAA does cover this situation. This is informational for anyone considering this company versus any other. Does anyone know of a more reputable company that they deal with themselves?

What RV do you have? How far are you from the repair facility?
I just had my converter stolen last month.

I was fortunate enough to be only 10 miles from a Rush truck center that could repair it so I just drove my coach there when they confirmed the parts had arrived. Other than the extreme noise it was no big deal.
