I'm currently riding on Goodyear Wrangler HT load range E tires. They're not too old, decent tread left but most of the tires are a bit out of round and the pressures I have to run make for a bit of a rough ride on bad roads.

According to the inflation charts for each, I could run the Michelin Agilia Cross Climate tires at 10PSI less for the same load capacity. I know the ride difference between 75 and 65 on the front is huge, I'm thinking the Michelins would be like riding on a cloud!

And yes, I've weighed our coach on certified scales as loaded for travel with full fuel and fresh water, and set tire pressures based on that with roughly 10% extra capacity 'cushion'.

I'm assuming that the difference in pressure required to support load is due to arcane construction details?

Any thoughts on these two tires?

Thanks!
