Same here when I got the app. I'm going to contact them next week. So, a bit confused. How is the fuel paid for. The app says nothing that I can see. The app also says you have to state how many gallons you want. So what if I say 60 and use 50?
Their website is lacking unless I am missing it
Do I need to link a bank account? What are their fees? Maybe I need more coffee
I found it in the app. You have to link a debit, credit or bank account to it. Since we have registered they will mail an actual card.Same here when I got the app. I'm going to contact them next week.
What underboss said above is correct regarding how you pay.So, a bit confused. How is the fuel paid for. The app says nothing that I can see. The app also says you have to state how many gallons you want. So what if I say 60 and use 50?

Thank youWhat underboss said above is correct regarding how you pay.
Answer to “how many gallons” - this tells GREENLANE what amount to request to pre authorize. If you say “60” then 60 is pre authorized and when you only use 50 gallons the final charge is only for what you used.
I have had mine almost 2 years, but so far it was only more advantageous 1 time. I have noticed it usually being competitive, but the stations were not on my desired route.I have noticed that the Greenlane card consistently offers a better price than the Open Roads card.
Since I only recently started using Greenlane, I'm wondering if long-term users have found that to be true for a while.
That isn't OR's fault.I am currently boycotting Open Roads so I will have to give Greenlane a look. I was driving by myself and needed fuel (no copilot to do the scouting). I stopped at Loves on interstate 44 between OKC and Chickasha. The fuel was priced high like I expect Loves to be compared to QT or Allsups. I started the pump and pumped fuel as usual. When I got my statement, it said that store was not included in the system. So I paid their ridiculous price and a handling fee on top of that. Be very aware of Loves. These were commercial pumps.
