Joined RVForums when I found it, today, December 16 - Thanks TurboPilot!

Have been watching the EV RV space since 2022 after getting on the reservation list for my Rivian R1T in 2021. I have focused mostly on Pebble and Lightship and various concept options as they have evolved (and some, disappeared). I like the aerospace engineering and ‘Airstream’ shell of the Bowlus, but not the ‘boat’ look. Living Vehicles CyberTrailer has awesome (!!) features and engineering, and the fold-down deck is a game changer in my mind. But despite some descriptions to the contrary, the CyberTrailer’s actual 12,000+ lbs GVWR (current 2025 prototype) can not be pulled by my R1T (or a CyberTruck) and they are not planning release of a possible new design (specs and pricing unknown) until sometime in 2026. Sadly, life is too short and markets too uncertain to wait. So Pebble Flow has now been my primary focus for several months.

My Rivian was finally delivered 2024 - totaled less than a year later (but you should have seen the Silverado that rear-ended me at 40 mph! - I was able to drive my vehicle away from the scene… him, not so much). ‘New Car Replacement’ insurance policy (by far the best $38 I have EVER spent!!) and I am now back in a new 2025 Rivian R1T. So I am ready to pull… something!

So I have now put in my Pebble Flow reservation, joined the Forum, and am anxiously awaiting the opportunity to sell a kidney and other used parts to obtain my Pebble delivery (kidding… sort of). So expect to see me around here more often. Glad to be here and to get to know the locals.
