Hello and Happy Holidays,
My wife and I just moved into a 34 ft. Forest River trailer here in S. Florida. I have a lot to learn about maintenance. YouTube helped me get the water heater working. The temps dipped into the 30's last night, and we were comfortable... until the hot water ran out after a few minutes showering!
I'm researching on-demand water heaters now, and have a couple of questions:
* best replacement for the Suburban gas unit we have? (price vs reliability)
* is gas and electric an option?
Any advice and experience sharing will be appreciated!
Merry Christmas,
ChrisM

I am currently upgrading 3 RVs that have the suburban gas/electric to a tankless system. I chose to go with fogatti 8 Pro as it was on sale for $549.

2 of the RV's currently have failed electric nodes and only using proane anyway, so this was a no brainer upgrade.

I am replacing tanks of sizes 6,10,and 12, so each will have its own difficulties. I will update you more once I have done this upgrade.
