We added water shut offs under the sink also, none on a Dutch Star.
 
Neal, I do believe they are probably Huntington (Euro Vessel Filler Model in half bath). None of the faucets in my coach were any type of cheap plastic though. Not sure where Huntington are made but they aren't bottom end. The replacement one is over $200.00.

Thanks Hawk for confirming no shut-off valves. I'll be heading to ACE in a few minutes to pick up two. The only one I can find in my coach is for the dishwasher.
