Yes the hitch and the tow bars are locked in place blue ox tells me to slow down that's all they could come up with hell I'm at 60 mph now how slow do they what me to go. there must be a simple answer that's not coming to mind its a 23 jeep Rubicon and haven't notice anything funky when driving it
If not the tow bar setup (heights, locking, etc), I'd start with working to verify that the vehicle is actually in tow mode with the transfer case in neutral and the wheels free wheel spinning without any resistance. Nothing engaged, no brakes gripping, etc. Hook up, put it in tow mode, block off a wheel so the vehicle doesn't move, jack up the opposite corner until the wheel is off the ground, and spin the wheel by hand. Rinse and repeat around all four corners. See if you are getting any resistance on any of them. Similar with turning the steering wheel back and forth to both extremes while hooked up and in tow mode. Good luck!

Best,
-Mark
