I didn’t know they grew pineapples and mangoes in the Hatch Valley. You learn something every day.

I actually tried this wine. Let's just say I wouldn't buy again and couldn't even give it away. And I've lived in NM for 40 years.

Finally...a trip out west.

Man, oh man. Hatch Chilis everywhere. I roasted a bag last night over charcoal...in the campground grill. Have found jars of red and green --- hot, medium, and mild. Tubs of frozen peppers. Cases of fresh peppers. And we haven't even been to Santa Fe, NM where the roadside fresh pepper roasters have come thru for us in the past. Can't wait. Well...if eating Hatch Peppers three meals a day is bad. I will find out.

Too excited to take any. I will start.

hot, medium, and mild.
Wow now you are getting my attention. Not 30 anymore so medium and mild sound delicious.

On a scale of 1-10, how hot are the medium roasted?
