One last thing I want to say about the Dragon, aside from virtually unlimited heat and unlimited hot water, and that's free Oak charcoal for the Green Egg.
As the Oak firewood smolders in the Dragon, all the moisture evaporates, and the wood dries out. What is left is the best LARGE chunks of charcoal that you have ever seen or used. I've put a dozen of them in the Green Egg and they hold a very steady heat for hours and hours. Perfect for those Sunday evening ribs.
