Coming from where? That's rather an important bit of information, coming from the north would have potential for chain controls.Hi I'm brand new to rv life and this Friday I'm buying a Class A. Please don't laugh at me but do I need chains or snow tires to go to Vegas for Christmas through Jan 4th?

Good point on 93. We were just on that a few months ago, talk about fubar highway! Pothole city, we'll be taking 95 next time even if it'll add an hour or two.Probably not. Watch for a weather window coming and going. Also 95 might be a better choice than 93 (the way your gps will take you) so check conditions on both as you get close on to Kingman on 40.
This is a good thing to determine in advance, and it’s smart to ask the question since you will want to avoid chains and snow in general in a Class A. Even if chains aren't required, light snow on the roads can be slippery enough to run into trouble.
