Question Help with Norcold

Have an Arctic fox 2018 32a and fridge does not work, even though we had the trailer fully inspected prior to purchase from second party. The panel won’t select gas or auto and shows error code no dE (the top of the E is not showing). We have had mobile repair come and he is unable to get a circuit board anywhere and manufacturer is backlogged and can’t even give us a time when it might be available. Any suggestions? Help getting old living in rv without fridge, but I know it could be worse!

My Norcold went out in my 2006 coach shortly after I bought it. Camping World quoted me $3600 for a new one. I almost choked! I wound up going to Lowes and buying a Samsung RF18 residential 'fridge. Samsung RF18HFENBSR - 18 cu. ft. Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator - Stainless Steel | American Freight (Sears Outlet) the best modification we have done yet! WE love it!! I'm not sure if you have an inverter or house batteries but if you do I would recommend this. Of course it runs on 120v electric too.
