If you can help me with this I would be ever so grateful. I rented out my RV through outdoorsy. The renter sent me this photo and said I do not know how this happened and that it might have already been this way. I do not believe this as I do think I would’ve seen yet. They said they were putting the slide out when it happened. Can anyone tell me what may have caused this? They are returning the RV in a few days. Thank you.
