So a little while back I decide I'm sick and tired of putting up my Starlink, running the wire and plugging everything in every time we set up. Then a few days later taking all of it down and storing it for next time. So I decide I'm going to mount my Gen3 permanently on the roof and run the wiring to my Pepwave router.
I watched a ton of YouTube Video's and did a bunch of research and deciding to do like MobileMustHave and Changing Lanes did theirs. I ordered the mount from MMH and a Junction box from Home Depot.
My wonderful wife of 40 years suggested (men, you know what I mean) that since I had, had surgery last year I might want to hire that done rather than do it myself. I said yes ma'am and here is where the fun begins.
I call guy # 1, no answer goes to voice mail I say I'd like to get a Starlink antenna mounted on my roof. I wait for a couple of days. Nothing, nada, zilch, bupkis
I call guy # 2 Ditto to gut #1
I call guy #3 No answer at all
I call guy #4 Same as 1 and 2
I call guy #5 He at least reply's to my message saying he's busy but he does make a referral to a guy.
I call guy #6 "The referral" He answers the phone we have a good chat and he's coming by in a few days.

Amazing, they all must be independently wealthy

I'm surprised you were able to find that many people to call. I would be hard pressed to locate more than a couple of rv repair guys in my area.

Is this going to penetrate the roof?

It's hard to find decent help these days much less good help. Sadly you will probably be fully recovered before you find a reliable contractor.

I don't think I would trust someone I don't know to do work I can't see simply because they answered the phone.

Good luck.
