Is it better to leave hot water tank turned on or off.
 
We just had a thread on this. That being said my vote is off unless needed. My reasons are:

Why waste propane?
Water pressure must be maintained.
Leaky water system can cause tank to run dry and there goes the heater.
 
Is it better to leave hot water tank turned on or off.
That depends on whether you are there or not. If you are not there all you are doing is wasting money keeping water warm. If you are in your RV, then by all means leave it on.
