Question How much did you RV then vs now (5 year study)

Bought 1st TT in 2001, couple 1 week trips, moved up to fifth wheels, many 2-3 week trips, 25 years, now we are retired 2 months out west in fall, and 3 months in Florida winters, class A DSDP

I was fulltiming 5 years ago. Just got the new coach and have not used it beyond coming home with it. Have a month long trip planned for September.
I will have to adjust to before full time and my upcoming plans

We're doing a good bit less, because 5 years ago my wife was still employed and had a shop at a monthly festival-type event. At that point some "easy" months we would spend 6 days out of the month in our RV at her show, and on busy months it was 10-12 days out of the month. She has since retired and now any RVing we do is strictly for fun and relaxation.

Not having that monthly commitment has made it possible for us to spend a full month each Fall at the Texas gulf coast, plus our various other treks here and there. But we do definitely spend less time than we did prior to her retirement.

Example:

Parking in a resort is RVing, so is traveling. Although how much you use your RV is valid. How you use it is a truer measure.

No need to look under a microscope. If you're in your RV, traveling, at a destination I don't care how long (i.e. fulltimers at a location and not moving). Just a simple look at now vs 5 or so years ago. Less, equal, or more type result on usage.

We usually travel to destinations. 2 one night stays and then stay first 3 nights min. Longer at our destination. We like having a target but take our time getting there.
