Check your lollipop in the front center.

Since the system is designed to check every 30 minutes or so if it’s just a slight correction every couple of hours it’s probably not that unusual although when mine was doing that it drove me nuts. Mine was so bad that the right front would get low and then literally “drop” a good inch and then relevel. After changing the front bags and sealing up every leak we could find AA seems to be doing fine although I use manual air instead of auto air leveling. I dump the bags completely and then add air only to those needed to level the coach. You might try that.

Another simple test for checking leaks:

Air coach to max height and note the pressure. Hit stop and then wait for 30-60 minutes. You will have to leave the screen powered during test but shouldn’t have engine running.

Check pressures and see if one zone is dropping

Good ideas. I'm only seeing this at max extension as with my 1st and current CG. Last CG had no adjustments. Current site is far from level on both axes. So yeah, I don't know if this is normal or not. I know the issue I had prior do the solenoid change is gone, that was a noticeable drop on left front. I just don't recall how frequent it corrected. I typically have seen one correction after initial level. Maybe the lesson learned is at max extension jacks would be better. But I'll do the pressure test. I'm not sure if o-rings really need to be lubed or not, seems that would attract foreign matter but is it really beneficial to the seal?

Not sure what you're talking about. Not aware of anything in front center (i.e. gen compartment).

Center of axle you will see 2 lollipop connectors HWH added. This is the tilt adjustment per side.

When one side doesn’t act right the lollipop could have flipped wrong direction or be loose etc.

When sitting in normal level (left to right) they should be equal.

Ahh, okay. Things seem to have been fine until I'm at max extension and then it attempts to correct every few hours. I've never had great luck with AA at max extension and have needed to go to jacks. I'll continue to test before I suffer the labor to lube the o-ring. Just don't have confidence yet since the solenoid issue. It has been very nice and stable while driving though, that's been good to see.

Yours may look like this if newer style. I am looking for picture of older style

To add to the fray, I just had all 4 air bags replaced at Gaffney. The coach airs up fine and drives fine, but now when left for the day on suspension, the left front drops down. Since I had already left Gaffney, I called them and they said they checked all the bags for leaks before returning the coach, so it may be something with the Active Air. I know it all worked perfectly before the service visit as I was up at Moscow a month prior to have the system checked out and ride height checked. I sprayed the top of the air bag to check the fitting and see no leak there. Gaffney said to take it to my local Freightliner dealer and if it's something to do with the bag, they would take care of it. I'm going to do some investigating myself next week when I find the time, but I really don't think it's an Active Air issue. Frustrating to say the least.

Check the fittings and the line near the bag.

The interesting "history" is I had air bags replaced and had the issue with left front at a later date. They checked and checked for leaks and found none. I wonder if during the process of replacing air bags FOD entered a line which made its way to the solenoid? I don't now the paths but your problem parallels mine.

Have you found a solution yet?

Replaced the solenoid for the left front at the manifold which on mine is in my gen bay near the aux pump. @J&JD went through this to find the right part. Reach out to Joe at HWH and ask him for the same part he sent me which is the solenoid for the left front.

Before doing that do the troubleshooting steps such as fully air up, full dump, air up, dump....several times to try to blow out any FOD in the lines.
